I like to see myself as a motivated, hardworking, and dedicated Therapist, trained to deal with a vast variety of health condition ranging from simple Acute Muscle and Joint Injuries to Chronic conditions. Having worked in various Hospitals and Clinics in India and Canada for over 9 years, I now have gained experience in handling clients of all age groups (Paediatric to Geriatric), surgical cases, neurological cases, vascular cases with thorough knowledge of various treatment protocols and procedures with utmost safety and efficiency.

As a exercise therapist I will help you become your optimum best using various treatment technique’s. I use Soft tissue release, Myofascial release, Trigger point release,Joint mobilization, Taping etc. along with exercises to help you get better faster. I believe in treating the cause of the pain rather than its symptoms. My treatment style involves a detailed assessment that is followed by hands-on manual therapy and a customized exercise plan.
